We conduct a physical and mental exam on each client prior to engaging in a body transformation package. Our exam includes vital signs, BMI and fat percentage. We also measure chest, waist, hips and the right and left arms and thighs. We then use our state-of-the-art body fat machine—proven to be 100 percent accurate—to read your weight, BMI and body fat percentage. Because of our commitment to ensuring you improve, we repeat this comprehensive exam every 2 to 3 weeks to track your progress.

When it comes to getting healthy and building muscle, diet is half the battle. Diet plans are included with all of our training plans to ensure that each client has everything they need to move toward a healthier lifestyle.
We cater diet plans to each individual’s needs. Our trainers account for current health and each person’s physical exam and personal needs when creating diet plans to help improve and maintain overall health.
Diet plans always include drinking ½ to 1 gallon of water every day, as this eliminates lactic acids and other toxic elements from the body.
Tip: Kale and spinach may be necessary for someone who is fatigued, with no energy due to anemia.
BodyByLoleta invites you to try our exciting, fun and challenging fitness classes. Improve your health and transform your image in a friendly, supportive environment. Cardio is a very important and necessary component of body transformation, but we understand that it can be lonely and boring. Our classes provide fun activities in a group environment to help make it easier.
XCO Latin Dance
A mix of Latin rhythm and athletic movement, the XCO Latin workout uses intelligent physical tools and is excellent for accessing connective tissue in the muscle and skeletal tissue for the purpose of burning fat
Fit Dance Class
Dancing is having fun while exercising. This class combines full body movement with rhythmic choreography to the beat of popular music. All age groups enjoy this one.
Push your body to its absolute limit with this intense indoor cycling class. The upbeat music and high-energy atmosphere help you push to burn calories, build muscle, and tone your glutes, calves and core.
Kick start your fitness journey with this total body workout. This class is the perfect mix of cardio and weightlifting, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete looking to stay in top shape.
Abs – (30 min)
You don’t have to limit your abs workout to boring crunches. Our abs class will give you that fire burning feeling in your core that comes from targeting lower and upper abs, waist and oblique.
Our Plyometrics class is an advanced class for conditioning the legs and glutes. Also known as “jump training,” this class focuses on the lower body with jump squats, straddles, box jumps and more. The rapid, repetitive moves keep your heart rate up, putting you in a high calorie burning zone for 1 full hour.
Relieve stress by doing yoga. This less intense, but effective and engaging, class can reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance and flexibility and most importantly…did we say it relieves stress?

Bodybuilding, figure, physique and bikini—these posing sessions bring out the best in your package. Stage presence is an extremely important component that gives you the extra edge you need to place. Yes, we can all work our butts off to earn that killer body, but presentation is a key part of competing. Without this skill, you WILL fall short.
