DIET PLANS

Diet plans go along all training plans, they are designed by our trainers based on each individual and the previous physical exam, suited for each persons needs, to improve and maintain overall physical health.

Diet plans take current health into consideration; ½ to 1 gallon of water each day will be vital to hydrate and eliminate lactic acid and other toxic elements from the body.

Tip: Kale and spinach may be necessary for someone who is fatigued, with no energy due to anemia
