Sweating is to lose fat, False sweat means losing liquid that does not result in loosing fat or calories, on the contrary the recommendation is to stay hydrated to truly achieve with exercise fat loss or increasing muscle mass.

No pain no gain, totally untrue and is a very irresponsible statement, when there is pain during exercise means you’re doing it wrong or are striving more than necessary, pain after exercise is fine, but during the same it’s a warning!.

Do not lift weights if you want to lose weight, that is false if you want to lose fat a balance between cardio and weight training is the best option, remember that your goal is to strengthen your muscle mass.
